Welcome to Cape May Whisker and Wag! By booking our pet care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Additional fees may apply for last-minute requests, holidays, or additional pets.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a full-service charge.
4. Pet Requirements
Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.
Aggressive or dangerous pets may not be accepted for service.
Owners must disclose any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns prior to booking.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, Cape May Whisker and Wag is not responsible for illness, injury, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during care.
Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to property, other animals, or humans during the service period.
6. Home Access & Security
If access to your home is required, you must provide clear instructions and ensure all necessary keys, codes, or entry methods are provided.
Cape May Whisker and Wag is not responsible for security issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect access instructions.
7. Emergency Care
In the event of a pet emergency, we will make every effort to contact you. If you are unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.
8. Modifications to Terms
Cape May Whisker and Wag reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Refund Policy
Cape May Whisker and Wag does not issue refunds for any services.
Cancellations & Credits
If you cancel a service with at least 24 hours' notice, a service credit may be issued for future use at our discretion.
No credits or refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows.
Service Interruptions
If a scheduled service cannot be completed due to pet behavior, safety concerns, or access issues, no refund will be issued.
